2024 Trioliet Solomix 3 Biogas 8000

The challenge facing every biogas producer is to generate as much energy as possible with a minimum amount of input. Generating a positive yield is not always easy, however. A major factor is the type of delivery system used to transport the residual feed to the digester. Trioliet supplies stationary mixers with vertical augers and capacities ranging from 10 to 80 m³. The Solomix 3 STAT Biogas features 3 augers and is available in volumes ranging from 46-80 m³.

• The machine is equipped with one discharge door on one end as standard

• Two manually operated counter knives

• Trioform auger knives

• Mixing augers with 22 mm winding / 25 mm auger wings

• Four height-adjustable supports with the option to install weigh bars

• Three mixing augers with planetary drive mechanism driven by three side-mounted electric motor(s)

• Detachable auger bases
